Steve relives a mentally scarring incident from his teenage years involving a girl he fancied, a Volvo and a pig. Karl sees a TV programme that proves the existence of ghosts thanks to a depressed budgie.

This week's “That Film Sounds Good” track is Stevie Wonders “Livin for the City”. Apparently Stevie has a driving license according to Karl. Ricky and Steve notice that Karl is becoming more comfortable expressing his bizarre thoughts.

Ricky comes up with a question for a phone in competition but unfortunately can’t remember the answer. Steve reports a suspicious package to the police but doesn’t receive any thanks.

Flea

Karl: 'Ere's one for ya, it's like insect facts and stuff, erm if a man was a flea... Ricky: He could jump over St Paul's Catherdral. Karl: Nope, wrong, it's gone up now. Ricky: (laughs out loud) Karl: It's the big wheel. Ricky: It's gone up now! It's gone up now! You're the best.

Mermaid

Steve: Karl if you were the last man on Earth right, and you had to have one other woman with which to start the human race again right, and not your girlfriend, who would you start the human race again with? Which person would you wanna, bear in mind it's not just like that you wanna have kids, they've gotta be able to provide somethin... Ricky: And they might be all melted, and they've just got one good eye, but now they can tell what you're thinking because of radiation, and they tried to go through a pod and there was a fish in there for some reason, in their wellington. Karl: (thinking) Oooh... Ricky: What would you rather kiss a mermaid or a unicorn? Steve: Karl, quickly. Karl: A mermaid. Ricky: Why, coz its got a lady's face? Karl: Yeah. Ricky: Ok then what would you rather kiss a lady with the body of a fish or the body of a horse? Karl: A fish, wouldn't you? Ricky: (laughs) This is the best thing in the world. This is like you know when you call a file a rude word and then the computer goes "do you want to open tits", and you laugh, that's what playing with Karl is like. You input it and you always get.... Steve: You get back more than you bargained for. Karl: Probably only because though coz I've seen films, that one with that Hannah Darryl or whatever her name is... Ricky: Hannah Darryl, yeah.
